The Army West Point football team was back out on Howze Field

The Army West Point football team was back out on Howze Field today under sunny skies and practiced in shells in its seventh practice of the spring.

The temperature was around 60 degrees at the start of practice as Army went through a stretch and split off into special teams groupings.

The Black Knights continued with positional drills and 1-on-1 work between receivers and defensive backs. The Defense got some work in alone as well, going through coverages and assignments.

Practice concluded with the offense and defense working on third downs. The drill started with 3rd-and-10 situations and finished with 3rd-and-5 plays.
