Tuesday Staff Sergeant Sutherland from the Kansas City (Kan) Army
Career Center presented the Top Performer awards to Lansing’s basketball student
athlete Joe Schneider and coach Rod Briggs. The Top Performer award is based on
demonstrating the Army Values: loyalty, duty, respect, selfless-service, honor,
integrity, and personal courage.
