The 451st Army
Reserve Sustainment Command is recruiting for Visual Information Equipment
Operator-Maintainer positions. A visual
information equipment operator-maintainer is responsible for filming, script
editing and recording military operations and news events that support Army
operations.
Job Duties
·
Handle television receivers/monitors, cameras
and various studio accessories
·
Operate motion/still photo imaging equipment
and closed circuit systems
·
Control visual imagery satellites,
microwaves, Radio Frequency transmissions and cable distribution systems
Training
Job training
for a visual information equipment operator-maintainer requires 10 weeks of
Basic Combat Training and 18 weeks of Advanced Individual Training with
on-the-job instruction. Part of this time is spent in the classroom and in the
field.
