In addition to exercise, proper nutrition and hydration play a
major part in maintaining total fitness. Good
dietary habits greatly enhance your ability to
perform at your maximum potential. And since water is
important for good health because it plays an important role in
maintaining normal body temperature, reaching your
maximum potential is dependant on both nutritional
components. And when a full prepared meal is not
available, the Army provides Soldiers with MREs-Meals,
Ready-to-Eat that contain everything a Soldier needs for a healthy, filling meal.
